#1 Miraculously the city will A) still not have any where near enough money and be 'forced' to raise taxes. B)not return a thin dime, shekel, kopek, or rusty bottle cap to the citizens.

#3 Actually it might shift the cost from Emergency Medical (which the city pays for) to Funeral Services (which the family of the victim has to pay for).
Who cares if more people, mostly black, die? It's not like Black Lives Matter to Liberals...
