All non-“Aryans” were dismissed from holding government jobs. This regulation applied to public school teachers, university professors, doctors, lawyers, engineers, etc. — all Jews who held government positions of any kind.

While I certainly love history, there's little need to revert to 1933 for an example or proof of concept. A quick look at any contemporary US Gov't Civilian Personnel Office or corporate HR department should provide stark testimony.
