#6 All they do now is take reports In almost every case. The veneer of policing is so thin you can see the chaos throughout the city now. The proof is in the plummeting rental rates and hotel bookings. The SF DA has a pathetic conviction rate even for the slam dunk cases they take and the homicide clearance rate for SFPD is single digits at times.
