#6 Regarding comment #2: I got invited to a two week fly fishing trip on the Amazon by my CEO. I was in the middle of implementing critical new tech into a manufacturing facility, and so I (politely) declined. I got fired a few days later, but it was a relief as two others had died in the saddle on the same job. Always kind of wanted to fish on the Amazon.
