#14 Obama had the central banks dump a hundred billion or so into building entire new neighborhoods from the ground up in New Orleans, to the point where you can't even tell where the old property lines were any more, and they all pretend they're rich and vindicated in blaming everything on Bush (tm) from back in Katrina.
