That's why I dilute mine with copious amounts of Tito's Vodka, ice, and a splash of lime. Kills the scurvy, too

#9 Gin, tonic (real tonic) & lime seems to help my muscle cramps when I work outside in NE Texas in the summer. If there are negative effects I have not noticed them (that may be the effect of the gin...)
