#7 Sounds a bit radical to me. The UK does need relatively unskilled workers, too. Unemployment seems to be quite low (4.5% in London), so those jobs won't be filled by locals easily.

Automation won't work in care, construction, hospitality and food sectors.

#8 Maybe companies need to stop concentrating in London and go to where the workers are. Crazy idea, I know.

But to all too many, London *is* the UK. Including most Londoners.
