#13 Yes, they're quite competent, they know their way around Africa, have excellent intel and completely dominate those countries. In many ways it's as if the Third Republic never ended.

Of course they should take the lead in W. Africa. The US has to focus on China. China China CHINA.

Not Africa. Not SE Europe or Ukraine.
