#3 BrujoTejano - consider adding a statement to that effect to your tax return(s), or include it in a cover letter, as it helps to prevent them from assessing interest and penalties incorrectly.

#4 Thanks again. After Harvey I was told to write “Hurricane Harvey” across the top of my 1040, didn’t have any trouble. They probably thought I was a dumb ass.
