#1 These would be the Moslem Brotherhood-style Turkmen paramilitaries and former ISIS fighters that Turkey picked up in Syria, gave a quick lesson in countermarching and sent off to the new battlefield in Libya? To be fair, they’re already skilled at raping innocent civilians, so they should be fine. Not militarily effective, but that isn’t why Turkey hired them.

#3 These are LNA reinforcements. There have been recent articles about the LNA recruiting and sending more troops for a final push into Tripoli.
