#1 These two are in addition to four others arrested last week. The one called Jehangir Saroori was a tactical commander and the longest hunted (for 28 years). A recently announced reward of Rs 30 lakh ($41K) on his head expedited the arrest within a few months.

Then, when the administration is confident they shall never walk upright again, they'll be offered bail and treatment in exchange for information.
