Almost everybody is guilty of something.

Wherever a BJP gummint exists, the situation is coming back to normal, with muslims back in their cages. In areas with regional or leftist admins, protesters are still showing up, but the heavy security and drone surveillance is deterring them from going physical. In delhi, the protest is still going strong, but without violence now.
