#2 ...A question - why can't a Federal judge perform a wedding at the Federal Building or on some other Federal property? I know Fredo's brother doesn't have any authority there at all...

#5 Hey Crazy, SCOTUS says that's OK. Even though reading through the Constitution I can't find that empowerment to SCOTUS. It's all nuance and umbra sort of like ancient priests reading animal entails.
