#2 If and only if the Trunks take back the House, the Constitution says Congress sets the judicial structures. They can empower tribunals above SCOTUS to address the coup and those allied with it. If Donks want to play this game for keeps, the Trunks had better be prepared to understand that in the end there can be only one.
