#2 I think it's been used for two years now in Syria. They sold us two Uran-9s in 2016. I imagine we must have decked 'em up with flowers for use in parades. They are parked somewhere in Rajasthan.

#4 I read something over a year ago that they were 'testing' them in Syria. Dron's link says a lot about that little exercise.

Maybe they've improved them since then.
