Asked my daughter about this. She didn't think this outrageous. After all the haircut was only $80. Lowlights are expensive but good for several months. She said she could have obtained all this a bit cheaper, but not much. (She's not the spending type).

So this seems a bit silly

#8 No no no, she's on a government check, so that's was our money.

I think about this all the time especially at the state level; how much in sales do I have to generate to send $350 in sales tax to Topeka? - $50 an estimate in handling expenses to get $300 to gov employee.

Oh, and it used to be 10% was fantastic. I noticed the auto-tip nominally gives three choices - 15%, 20%, and 25%. Zuesagedcheese, 25% wow!
