#11 Terrorists use violence for political ends. They are antithetical to a civilized society. I don't see why the idea of exterminating people who see the slaughter of innocent people as a means to an end is a bad thing.

After a short time applying that policy, the number of people willing to call for violence will dwindle to zero. They'll focus on persuasion and argument to achieve their goals, rather than hostages.

Fewer innocent people will suffer. I doubt that As a solid win for civilization and morality.
