#1 back a few decades Iraq under Saddam was building a nuclear plant near Baghdad. They purchased a design and components from France using the Osiris model, which the Iraqis called the Osirik. Because of the enthusiastic promotion of this by the Prez of France, the French called it the o Chirac reactor.

Iran tried to bomb it and caused minor damage during 1980. The IDF destroyed it on June 7 1981 shortly before it would have gone critical.
