#3 Why is Hezbollah not part of the Iblib Offensive.

I don''t think the Syrian Army is capable of taking the province even with a hundred Russian mercenaries.

Also, I would definitely like to see Hezbollah killing Turkey's mercenaries and maybe even a few Turkish troops.

#4 My guess is the Russians are there as a tripwire force, to deter any serious direct Turkish efforts involving airstrikes, which will be met with S-300 salvos.
