More likely an ethnic German deported to Kazakhstan during Stalin's reign.

Ugh. I think at this point Sharia punishments, suitably altered to reflect which religion is not the favoured of Allah, be applied, then send him home to be cared for by his loving family. And block all of his clan from entry into the country so that they can devote themselves to his care.
