#1 So let Ireland stay in the EU, tell Varadkar to go eff himself, and then brexit. Trump has already said you can count on him for favorable trade arrangements. What's so difficult about this ? Let Ireland strike out on their own.

I figure this 'backstop' nonsense is only to obfuscate the issue that they cannot brexit come Oct or whatever. The british people are in for a ride. He's nothing like Trump, the Gary Busey fan club ticket notwithstanding.
