#2 In Operation order Ranger I and II in 89 & 90 our OP and surveillance personnel noted this as common practice. The Border Patrol agents called it flooding the zone even then. When we built the first wall along the 14 miles in San Diego, they shifted to Tecate and the Pinto Wash. 30 ytlatsr, same sh*t, different day.

#5 We used to watch the illegals play soccer and use the refreshment stands on the edges of that plataeau before bull-rushing the Gulch at night. My Team Engineer used up almost every piece of steel landing plate in CONUS to build the first 14 mile walls...
