Nasreen is a Bangladeshi english author in exile and has 7 murder-on-sght fatwas against her issued by rabid mullahs the world over. Wherever she goes she receives police protection and is a loud voice of reason against islam.

She's actually one of the good ones. Maybe she's been hobnobbing with liberal literati at those cocktail powered book-shows or something.
