Then at this time for some time now Baltimore has been exporting its problems to other communities outside Baltimore. The offer of two thousand dollars to relocate has been mentioned. So they locate in small communities and bring their ways with them. Crime, drugs, all variety of problems to areas not staffed for such an influx. #2 This website provides excellent crime data on Chicago. In general, neighborhoods colored dark red need to be avoided like the plague.

Murder stats can be deceiving since US emergency rooms have gotten so good at saving multible gunshot victims.

Baltimore's murder rate is actually a result of it's lousy emergency rooms being much worse than Chicago or Detroit.
