#2 The highest levels of British intelligence had to be a part of or in the know about the Russian-Delusion-Collusion hoax. Not so sure other 5-Eye countries weren't involved too--at least as far as intelligence sharing re the plot.

#4 The CIA cant operate in the US, or so the laws read. Operating in a friendly nation and feeding it to the FBI is plausible. The globalist Britts did not want to see Trump in power. So this is no surprise.

#6 Skid, I don't know specifically about CIA contractors. However, when I was in the Naval Reserve Intelligence program, we got a briefing every year on the laws that governed intelligence gathering in the US on US citizens. We were not allowed to gather intelligence on our own. If we suspected that our neighbor was a Russian spy, we were to call the FBI, not track him ourselves.
