Perhaps the rate needs adjusting, but I usually double the taxpayer cost as the actual taxpayer cost, with administration, waste, graft, etc. figured.

So, how much do you have to whomp your ass to come up with $8,000? All she has to do is say, "Send them to ~~Detroit~~ Denver."

*Please if somebody local or knows better, but I am hearing from refugees that Denver is turning into an expensive, dangerous to drive in, shithole.
