#3 Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I do not believe there is a helicopter landing pad at the State Department. When the Secy of State leaves he does so by vehicle convoy which allows those who are interested to trace the Secy's movements.

They can also carry enough non nuke payload to wipe out Iran's Arak uranium facility that can quickly provide Iran with 90% grade uraniun for a nuke in response to recent crippling sanctions against Iran. Yesterday Iran announced moves toward that effort as the intel community expected they would do. Israel will not allow this.
