Apparently, there are still some Dems who thing there is something of substance in the report.

Perhaps they intend that the volume of the report will 'prove' Trump's malfeasance?

#2 The special council statute is specific on reporting. Most of the dems complaining about it right now weren't around to vote on the law back in the day. Now they want it to be whatever they want it to be.
