#4 I was going to say that it should have been the "smarter" of the sexes. When comparing only two things, you should use "-er" rather than "-est".
Then I remembered that these days there are innumerable sexes, so his quote is grammatically correct (to him). Still wrong, but the grammar is correct.

#5 There are more smart men than smart women, and also more dumb men than dumb women. That would still hold if the average IQ was higher for women than men, but it is not.

It's good when the MSM highlight just how clueless they are.

#7 Ugh — pandering to the progressive females and their white knights that are his audience. Best is a mix of men and women running things, keeping things in the middle where it is more comfortable for all, rather than favouring just one or the other.
