#1 Long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, I believe it was Indianapolis, karma struck. Seems the local school was failing to report assaults. Parents got no where. Next election they banded together to support a particular candidate for the area prosecutor. He won. Formed a grand jury. Brought in charges on the principal and his two assistance for obstruction. They pleaded and surrendered their licenses. Message received (for at least a decade).

#2 Public edjimication complex is an iron rice bowl. If they could figure out how to spend all that tax money without dealing with kids you can bet they'd be on it right quick...
