#6 High school kids do a lot of dumb things. It could be they are just waving. They could be put in suspended animation for their teen years--it would probably be less stressful for the parents.

Who thought having 16-17 year-olds voting was a good idea. Oh yeah, it was most likely the Dems trying to expand their base.

#7 I know it sounds primitive, but 'voting' should be limited to property owners, soldiers, and tax payers....people with some skin in the game.

#8 Lesson learned, always do a pathetic Queen of England wave. If doing a high five add the Aloha or Devil Horn hand gestures. Either way you are semi-protected from idiots claiming you were making a Nazi salute (of course cultural appropriation claims for the Aloha are likely).
