Minnesota has already had 2 Islamic knife attacks there and at a Saint Cloud mall.

#4 As I recall, in the years following 9/11 fertilizers were reformulated to make it much harder to use for explosives, and beauty supply shops, hardware stores, and garden shops were trained to report suspicious purchases.
