#3 Some time ago, Tulsi Gabbard was saying this more than once on Fox. IIRC, she named CIA as the actor. She was outraged. She then went to Syria, presumably to see for herself, but without permission from Pelosi and has been quiet since.

Tulsi is an Army Guard or Reserve MP with the rank of Major, last I saw.
