#4 Seriously, the article mentions swarming a base or a ship. how much explosive power could a single drone small enough to be part of a drone actually carry? Sounds great for an assassination but I suspect that a horde of small drones attacking a naval vessel would be far less successful than imagined.

#5 I suspect that a horde of small drones would provide a cheap and useful "cover" around one much more powerful drone.

#7 Cole was a rules of engagement issue, not a swarm attack. You are probably thinking of the Vincennes which was swarmed by Iranian small boats which led to the mistake that took down an airliner.
