Of course he will, but what constitutes a 'fair trial' when your client is caught in the act of the crime with all those witnesses and verifiable evidence. When you are guilty as hell, a fair trial is one for people not necessarily the accused.

#10 This is one of those cases where Trump should have kept his mouth shut. OF COURSE Trump's comments will now poison the outcome. His comments will not prevent conviction - but they will affect the sentencing phase, and basically save this guy from the death penalty. Trump just cannot restrain himself. Stupid. And - I am nominally a Trump supporter.
