#1 Let's see...the Mooselim penalty for stealing is to cut off the offending hand. I'm sure with a little thought we could come up with a suitable punishment for rape.

#3 While the 27- and 17-year-old suspected perpetrators remain in custody, the third one walked free after a judge ruled the man did not pose any further threat or intended to flee.

Maybe the Judge should stand in for assisting a fugitive.
