#1 a couple of MOABs in the seconds before its detonation would make for interesting special effects.

#2 The problem with that would be getting the rather slow C-130s over the target so they could 'kick' their parcels out the rear hatch.

#3 MOABs are not penetrators. There are other bombs designed to penetrate bunkers.
