The solution in the South Sudan is to do a POW snatch and drag Bashir into a court room somewhere.

Otherwise, the UN plan just calls more many more tons of food to rot in warehouses and on piers because the combatants can't agree on allowing the distribution of food to the civilians...

How much money and food has the UN dumped into these pestholes only to see the money used to buy weapons and ammunition and the food either used by the local Moslem thugs, burned or allowed to rot?

That would be the optimal outcome. The alternative is to either feed them in perpetuity, thereby encouraging them to have even more babies or take large numbers of them in as refugees, thereby encouraging the remainder to have even more babies. No thanks.
