#4 ..with proper weight training, usually. However, day after day over a week, their body wasn't evolved to hump that much and will start losing mass. We're not talking peasant women living in third world countries where selection has supported that kind of continued labor.

According to our family's Sergent, 'nothing at all' would be better than some of the places they are expected to sleep (when they actually have time to, that is). At least in the open (or shallow pit), they can hear/see their surroundings.
