#2 ...On the one hand, I feel we should park a couple of BMD-capable missile cruisers in the Sea of Japan and blow the damn thing out of the sky. On the other hand, if it fails...I kinda feel sorry for the poor so-and-sos in charge of the test.

On the third hand, though, let him fire it. A successful test of a real, honest-to-God ICBM will guarantee a massive BMD program in Japan, Korea, Australia, and Guam. The PRC will be so pi$$ed at Un they won't be able to see straight and might finally lower the boom on him.
