It is not about an Election. It is about serving a meaningful purpose by being the most professional in any profession you were in. ( not saying I have been any gift myself)
But do not distort things to try to make them your way.

Rather, stay out of judgeship when you are media.

Read up. Know the Law somewhat, Read the Bill of Rights, Constitution, and understand that no public will permit being lied to for too long.

You are US Press, not the media of the world. You may carry broadcasts there, but you in no way share in the Grace of other Nations by lying to them too.

Some would not appreciate knowing that all US "news" channels you have are all bullshit pravda from commies just like the Soviets fed you.

#3 I regret to say they have learned nothing. I claim they have been this way since Watergate. Then before that with Vietnam with Walter. Then for them to change would mean to admit failure. That will never happen. They will continue to lose money as ESPN is now. New media must step up to the task. Alternative media will lead the way. Main stream will be smoked.

#4 I don't believe they have ever been honest. The government has always fed us bullshit and the media has always given the government a pass. Roosevelt got away with all kinds of crimes and they never called him on it. I do believe this has been especially so during Democrat administrations. Remember how they fawned over Kennedy? The guy was slime but you'd have thought he was Jesus Christ. They kept calling his administration Camelot. But they knew about the women and kept it quiet for him. If not for Drudge they would have done the same for Clinton. Lazy, dishonest, drunken bastards. They will never rouse themselves to follow the money or dig into courthouse records. Never have, never will.

#7 I recommend that you get your information from blogs such as this one and drudge. Watch your local TV stations for morning news and turn them off when they switch away to network programming. If you watch the weather channels keep the sound off so that you don't get the global warming BS in your head. I used to recommend FOX but now not so much. Stick to Rantburg.
