#3 Still has time to get one more SCOTUS appointment to reinterpret that amendment along the lines that it doesn't give 'citizens' a choice and thus is struck down. I'm sure the ~~Trunk~~ RINO Senate Majority Leader will give such an appointment opportunity to him.

#10 JFM: I'm not sure what the Congress wants, or doesn't want any longer matters. A small number of the congressional 'leadership' appear to be making whatever decisions are made based on the guidance they get from the Champ and his shadow govt.

#15 I'm pretty sure amendments get struck down the way they are passed, by the states. The justices have to have nuanced views of amendments because they can't just overturn them.
