#2 They busted him because they could. Going to fight for ISIS? Not so much - thats "culturally insensitive" toi stop them. Going to fight for the people fighting ISIS effectively? No, cant have that. Might upset the US since they are backing Iran and Turkey - so they make an example of this guy.
