#5 Exactly AP. If I was the owner, I would collect the insurance money and leave to a more business friendly state. CA has proven time and time again it doesn't care about small businesses and can be downright hostile to them.

#11 The problem is Oakland. It is another dem controlled ghetto like Detroit, parts of LA, etc. The only thing that you can do is vote with your feet and leave the mess to others. It is now Oakland's problem.
