Therein lies much of the problem. Our boneheaded betters (sarc) in Washington keep insisting that terrorism is not religion-related. Therein lies another part of the problem.

#2 one among a small but very significant population in Mosul who are on the Special High Intensity Treatment list compiled by ISIS. That list will be getting ever shorter.
