#2 I've not seen or heard of any uptick in Iraqi Security Force or Kurdish detention of ISIS personnel. I believe most are disposed of somewhere near the forward edge of the battlefield.

#3 Capturing - and HOLDING - these people is counter-productive. Requires guards, transportation, food etc. than can better be used elsewhere. Capture, interrogate, try & execute within a few miles and a few days.
