#1 I still have to see a network of those moderate Mulisms who are the real face of Islam for sending volunteers to fight Isis. Crucifiximns and children beheadings don't seem to move them. Just infidels anyway.

A more forward looking strategy might have been to source these networks to filter out and fund the extreme malcontents, then provide terminal resolution in delivery.

Counter-intelligence would do something similar, with a few more objectives than just wiping out the "extreme malcontents."
