#2 It is not known when the latest beheadings occurred. They could have occurred before reports of the bombing that reportedly injured Jihadi John.

Each ISIS barbarian retrieved a knife from a box as he passed it with his victim.

These barbarians are not 10 feet tall. If civilization fights back, they can be destroyed.

#3 Peter Kassig's beheading was not shown like the beheadings of past Americans. It is speculated by a friend of Kassig's that he may have fought his captors during the event.

Question: knowing what we all know about ISIS, why would anyone, ANYONE, surrender? It's a fight to the death every time because if you surrender they're going to kill you anyway.
