#2 What calibre are they using that would allow him to be shot several times in the chest and yet still live? Hasn't anyone there heard of the 45 ACP or the 357 Mag? Whatever happened to the training spiel of "2 in the centre of mass then 1 to the head"? Am I missing something from this story, or is it just the old "It takes at least two 9 mms to do what one 45 Auto will do" thing?

#5 Canuckistan -- pistols of any caliber are not guaranteed to kill, even with a disabling shot. There was a self-defense case here in Ohio a few years ago where the thug took two .45 rounds in the torso -- one a hollow-point -- and lived.

Plus, it's unlikely Israelis use hollow-points. They'd be hearing endless whines about "war crimes" if they did, even in cases like this where the Paleostain was committing a war crime.
