#3 Unfortunately, Darth, the winds blow from northwest to southeast there. Israel would get all the fallout. The only way to be sure is to line up artillery hubcap to hubcap and fire until the barrels melt, then send in the Air Force to finish off anything missed. Give the UN forces 15 minutes' warning, just to be diplomatic.

#4 As I recall, Israel mapped Hezbollah's war material storage points some years back -- even showed it to the UN or something. So they needn't pound everything south of the Litani River to rubble, merely hit certain points and watch the secondaries bloom.
